My project is focused on the underlying mechanisms of errorless learning. By using a novel approach we aim to get a better understanding of the influence of the commission of errors on learning in healthy and patient populations, and as a function of age.

Biography
I studied Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology at the Radboud University. My master thesis (supervised by Dr. Brazil) was about reversal learning and social decision-making in forensic populations, and I graduated Cum Laude (top 5%). After my study, I started as junior researcher and studied the effectiveness of the Aggression Replacement Training for aggression-regulation disorders. During my time as a researcher I discovered that I wanted to conduct clinical work. Therefore, I switched to clinical work and have completed the postmaster training as a health care psychologist (GZ-psycholoog) at the RadboudUmc and worked as health care psychologist at the Dual Diagnosis department of Dimence Zwolle. I am currently enrolled in the clinical neuropsychology (KNP-psycholoog) post-academic tract. Because I wanted to get involved in research again, I joined the SAMBA group as an external PhD student.
